WELCOME BOOKLET
You will find a welcome booklet in your guesthouse upon your arrival. Its aim is to provide you with practical information concerning our guesthouse, some useful addresses. Our goal is to create a garden that will delight your eyes at any moment of the year. Please, don't play ball games and any other game likely to damage the flowers and small trees in the garden. Children are under the responsibility of their parents. We do not accept animals or parties. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
ARRIVAL
Arrival by car : free parking spaces are available in the street, or behind the house, on the banks of the Seine.
Arrival by train : Val-de-Reuil station, then Bus Line 7 in front of the station (13 min), then the “Bourgogne” stop. The ticket is 1€. Departure times from the station: 6:15 a.m. - 6:45 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. - 11:54 a.m. - 12:35 p.m. 1:38 p.m. - 2:14 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. - 5:45 p.m. - 6:45 p.m. - 7:45 p.m. or Taxi Jimonet Thierry 06 08 21 42 56 (need to be reserved in advance, around €15) or Taxi ATS Transport 02 32 40 32 34 / 06 58 42 58 88or, if we are available, we can pick you up.
Visit of the guesthouse and the garden. Please prepare your deposit check of 500 euros for Les Hirondelles and 200 euros for Les Tourtereaux. You will get it back at the end of your stay if no damages or particular concerns are noted.

Arrival time: between 4:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Departure time: 11:00 a.m.
In order to welcome you in the best conditions, we thank you for kindly letting us know your arrival time.
BED AND BATHROOM LINEN
Bed and bathroom linen are included in the price of your rental. Duvets and pillows are provided as well as mattress and pillow protectors.
Bathroom linen includes 2 towels (1 large and 1 small) and a bath mat.
SERVICES
BREAKFAST
Breakfast can be served on request for 10e per person.
BIKES, ROSALIES and other games
We offer bicycle rental (5 euros per day) and Rosalies (10 euros per day). A ping-pong table is at your disposal under the barn. A film about the village of Poses is freely accessible in each guesthouse (in French, Media section on your TV)
VEGETABLES FROM OUR GARDEN
Depending on the season and availability, you can order some vegetables from our garden.
CONDITIONS D'ANNULATION
We are updating our cancellation policy :
- cancellation up to 30 days before arrival - 97% refunded (to cover the transaction fees of our payment system).
- cancellation between 30 days and 15 days before arrival - 50% refunded.
- beyond 15 days no refund is possible.
